Before and during the construction phase of our project I was very impressed with the professionalism of Rochon's representatives. Construction meetings were facilitated in a professional manner and timelines were explained and adhered to. Waukee Public Library
| We were given access to all construction meetings and to the information coming out of them. Any questions or concerns we had regarding the building, inside or out, were dealt with in a very timely manner. We were always welcomed on-site to tour the building and actually started shelving library material as the last of the construction work was finished. Any questions about the building, any problems that might have occurred since the building was finished have been dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Rochon employees; on-site supervisory people or office staffs have always been courteous and helpful. Each first-time library visitor comments on what a beautiful building this is. DM Golf & Country Club
| Early on in our project with Rochon they stated that an important part of their work, beyond providing a good product, was building relationships. We found that to be very much the case during the project and after it wrapped up. They communicated extremely well, kept on task and, we felt, worked on our behalf to get the job done as specified and on time. The project was for the most part design/build therefore open dialog was essential. When changes did occur they were well communicated and thoroughly discussed with all parties before being acted on. While the project has been completed for several years now, their follow-up to any questions or warranty issues remains very strong.

Winterset Aquatic Center
Rochon was the general contractor selected by the City of Winterset to build our $3M outdoor aquatic center. Construction began in the spring of 2005 and was completed in the spring of 2006. As a result of efforts by Rochon, sub-contractors and consultants, our aquatic center was completed on time and on budget. Ron, Dave, Matt and Seamus were all helpful and professional throughout our project from the groundbreaking ceremony, throughout construction to the grand opening celebration. The City of Winterset appreciates the work that Rochon performed. Our project was a complete success. We closed our old pool in 2005, opened our new facility the next year (without missing a swimming season) and stayed on budget. We are preparing for our third aquatic center season as our facility continues to operate structurally and mechanically very well. Our new aquatic center has been well received with attendance topping 40,000 last season. - John Pletchette |
