Rochon Corporation of Iowa is a commercial construction company focusing on General Contracting and Design Build construction in the office, retail, educational, religious, medical, food service, manufacturing and industrial building markets. We currently employ 17 office and field staff, with annual sales of approximately 20-25 Million.
A large percentage of our contracts are with repetitive clients that work with us on a negotiated basis, in which they request that we participate in the project from inception through occupancy. Often times, we’re included on an invited bidder's list or bid on public projects. "Hard bid" projects such as these keep us close to the forces that influence the competitive market place, which translates into significant construction cost savings for our clients.
