Des Moines Clive Urbandale Granger Dallas Center Marshalltown Ottumwa Grinnell Knoxville Featured Wells Fargo Project Wells Fargo Ingersoll Branch, Des Moines Start Year: 2005 Completion Year: 2005 Size: 15,000 sq ft This project consisted of a complete demolition and reconstruction of the entire bank branch site, including parking, site utilities, pedestrian walkways, landscape reconfiguration, new ATM access, and an interior remodel. Projects like this are a special challenge, as retail operations need to continue with as few of distractions and interruptions in normal business activities as possible. We completed this complicated project with Wells Fargo, and are proud that they were able to remain open for daily business throughout the duration of the project.
