| Project: Christian Life Assembly of God Church This project is a brand new 21,000 square foot church that is phase one of three phases to be built. It includes an open foyer with a high ceiling, office space, a kitchen, contemporary sanctuary with the latest in sound, audio, and lighting equipment, as well as a youth and education wing. As the church grows, the sanctuary will be transformed into a gymnasium and phase two will be the addition of a much larger sanctuary. We were selected for this project on a design/build basis, and are very proud of the relationship we have with the church and the impact we’ve been able to have in making their ten year vision a reality. Location: 9001 Fleur Drive Des Moines, IA (just south of the new bypass) Architect: Mike Stott AIA Stott & Associates 515-232-8447 Owner’s Representative: Pastor Glenn Reynolds 515-953-0322 Project Manager: Ron Rochon Site Superintendent: Dave Stratton Budget: $1,910,800 Schedule: A six-month construction schedule was proposed and delivered. Construction began in August of 2004 and the project was completed March of 2005. |
